Alliance engineers fly out to Germany to attend Homogeniser Breakdown
The Alliance Service Team were called out to a large chemical processing company in Germany to inspect a failed K6 Cylinder Block. From the initial phone call Alliance had a loan block installed on the machine within 12 hours and the failed block was brought back to our service centre in the UK for inspection and repair. Needless to say the customer was very happy with the outcome as they were able to produce the product without any financial losses.
