NEW PUMPS

Alliance Fluid Handling have a wealth of knowledge and experience in supplying all types of process pumps for the liquid processing industries.

We offer a range of pumps to suit your application, including Centrifugal Pumps, Rotary Lobe Pumps (PD pumps), Scavenge Pumps (Liquid Ring), Screw Pumps, APV Pumps, Air Diaphragm Pumps and Sinus Sodial Pumps to name a few.

As an independent supplier of Process Pumps, we can offer you the choice of Pumps subject to your budget, specifications and build quality.

Centrifugal Pumps

We recommend CSF Inox & SPX W+ Centrifugal Pumps for a wide range of hygienic low viscosity processing applications such as Milk, Water, Juice, Beer and much more. The W+ range are a reliable and energy efficient pump that is by far superior to the previous APV Puma Pumps. As alternatives we are able to offer other brands such as Alfa Laval LKH, Alfa Laval Solid-C, Alfa Laval FM-O and GM-O, in addition to lower budget ranges such as Packo Pumps.

For non-hygienic applications we recommend Ebara and Lowara pumps that are typically of a 304 stainless steel design and are ideal for process water and micro-breweries.

Rotary Lobe Pumps (Positive Displacement)

We offer many makes and models of Rotary Lobe Pumps to suit your budget, we recommend Omac Rotary Lobe Pumps as a very competitive pump and high quality.  We also offer APV Pumps such as the DW series from SPX is a very well built pump and is extremely diverse, or the Alfa Laval SRU range which has similar qualities. For the lower budget range we offer a wide range of brands such as Inoxpa and JEC.

Scavenge Pumps (Liquid Ring)

Typically used in CIP applications, we offer a range of high quality self-priming pumps for scavenge of CIP solutions. We recommend CSF Inox as the perfect solution due to price and quality. We also offer the SPX Ws+ range which is designed with minimum noise and high efficiency using a unique design of impeller, whereas the Alfa Laval range of MR series Scavenge pumps are a very popular choice for this application. Other lower budget brands are available such as Packo and Inoxpa to suit all customers’ requirements.

Screw Pumps (Progressive Cavity)

For handling solids suspended in liquid, the screw pump is a perfect solution for pumping waste water, chemical, food, beverage, paper, mining, mineral processing, marine, agricultural and oil and gas sectors. Whatever your requirement’s, Alliance can offer you the right solution from various brands including; CSF Inox, Mono, Moyno, Netzsch and Roto.

Air Diaphragm Pumps

We offer a wide range of Hygienic and Non-hygienic air diaphragm pumps to suit almost all liquid applications. Driven by an air supply these pumps are ideal in an Atex environment or where electrical supply is limited. Maintenance of these pumps is extremely simple and we are able to offer a huge range from all the OEM’s including; Flotronic, Depa, Graco and Wilden.

SOMA Sinus Sodial Pumps

Alliance Fluid Handling are UK agents from SOMA Sinus Sodial Pumps. SOMA GMBH pumps are manufactured by the original inventors of MASOSINE which is now owned by Watson-Marlow. The Sinecurve pump is ideal for pumping high viscosity products and those that contain solids as they have the ability to handle the product gently, unlike any other pump on the market. Typical applications would be Fruit Pieces, Juice Concentrate, Clotted Cream, Effluent, Cheese, Yoghurt, Bakery and Confectionery.

New development of SOMA Pumps

SOMA introduce the first monobloc-SOMA SINUS SODIAL-pump on the world market….

With the SCN-D series of the SOMA SINUS SODIAL® PUMP, SOMA PUMPS GmbH was the first to launch a new development on the market. The further development of the SOMA SINUS SODIAL® PUMP as a monobloc version does not require a bearing block, coupling and a complex base plate. In this version, the SOMA SINUS SODIAL® PUMP is therefore flanged directly to the drive.

This version is available in various sizes up to 40,000 l/h with a maximum counter pressure of 10 bar. A big advantage is that all wear parts of the pump are identical to the 15 bar version with bearing block. This means – no separate storage for the wear parts – 100% interchangeability between the variant with separate coupling and the directly flanged variant.

If you are looking to part exchange your old and tired Pumps, we would be happy to consider your existing pumps in part exchange!
