Our automated pasteurisers are stand alone units with automatic control of pasteurisation temperature, flow diversion and continuous data recording for traceability and quality systems. Our design allows optimum high heat recovery for low operating cost. Pasteurisers are also available with integrated dosing / mixing systems for speciality products and inline CIP systems with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 l/h. All pasteurisers are pre-assembled and factory-tested to allow speedy installation and commissioning on site.
Alliance design and manufacture automated cost effective Cleaning-In-Place systems used for cleaning process equipment such as Filling Machines, Pasteurisers, Sanitary Pipes, Tanks, Plate Heat Exchangers etc, with food safety being the number one priority.
Alliance CIP systems are supplied on stainless steel skids with a wide range of capacities, CIP circuits, bespoke software and recipes. Alliance CIP units are designed designed for 3, 4 or 5 tank systems and from 1 to 4 pressure lines depending on number of circuits and CIP requirements.
Alliance CIP units automatically controls the cleaning time, detergent temperature, flow and concentration and records these parameters continuously and for each cycle for traceability. The capacity variations are from 5,000 l/h to 50,000 l/h. Our units are pre-tested for fast, right first time installation on site.
Mixing and Blending Plants
In-line blending systems offer a fully automated, high precision blending of liquids and powders for dairy products and beverages ensuring uniform product quality and uncompromising food safety. The bespoke software and automation offers tailor made applications to achieve high throughput and fast product changeovers eliminating product losses.
Batch blending is either done in vessel or out of vessel with the use of an external powder/liquid mixer. It is used for pre-mixing, final mixing and for gentle mixing like cottage cheese curd with dressing. Gemak batch blending systems are offered with variety of agitation options (gate, anchor, ribbon) based on the mixing and product sensitivity, they can be fitted with load cell weighing system for high accuracy and offered as insulated, cooling and heating jackets
